Keto Strawberry Fat Bomb Recipe

Strawberries have always been my favorite fruit since I was a little girl. I remember when my grandfather planted a huge strawberry patch in his garden just for me. I remember how deliciously sweet those strawberries tasted straight off the vine. Although I certainly don’t eat strawberries as much as I used to, I do love to eat them when I can. I also like to enjoy a sweet treat now and then. Thankfully, fat bombs have helped me to stay on track more times than I can count. These Strawberry Fat Bombs are the perfect refreshing treat for a hot summer day.

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY KETO FAT BOMBS

Strawberry Keto Fat Bombs are super easy to make. The base for most fat bombs is oil, nut butter, or heavy cream. For this recipe, we are using heavy cream. I find that this makes the fat bombs super fluffy and delicious! This recipe is great for anyone looking for a healthy dessert that doesn’t have a ton of calories. Plus, these fat bombs have strawberries in them, so you can still get your daily serving of fruit! Keep reading, and I’ll walk you step by step on how to make these delicious Strawberry Keto Fat Bombs!

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries– Try to use fresh strawberries for this recipe.
  • Swerve Confectioner’s Sweetener– This is the keto-friendly sweetener for the recipe.
  • Vanilla– This gives the fat bombs some flavor.
  • Lily’s Chocolate Chips– These are for sprinkling on top of the strawberry fat bombs. They’re made with Stevia, so they’re sugar-free and taste delicious!
  • Heavy whipping cream– This adds lots of fluffiness to your fat bombs.

Keto Bomb Recipe Tips

One of the best ways to make a keto bomb recipe is to use a muffin tin. It helps so much for portion control, and of course, makes it easy to pop them out.

Step 3: Place all other ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in the strawberry puree.

Tip: You can use cupcake liners or a silicone muffin pan to make it even easier. Once frozen, you can easily pop them all out and store them in a large plastic freezer bag.

What If I Don’t Have Fresh Strawberries?

You can use frozen strawberries if that’s all you have! Just thaw them before you put them in the food processor. Make sure they don’t contain any sugar.

What If I Don’t Have Heavy Cream?

You can use softened butter mixed with half-and-half to make a thick cream.

What Can I Use Instead of Swerve Confectioner’s Sweetener?

If you don’t have Swerve Confectioner’s Sweetener, you can use this Lakanto Monkfruit Confectioner’s Sweetener.

Does It Make a Difference If You Freeze the Fat Bombs?

I love freezing the fat bombs because it takes me longer to eat them. This way, I don’t devour more than I need in one sitting. Plus, it tastes kind of like ice cream but without all the carbs and sugar!

What Is the Nutrition Information for These Keto Strawberry Fat Bombs?

One fat bomb contains 144 calories. That’s it! There’s only 1 gram of carbs and 15 grams of fat. These make the perfect dessert if you’re craving something sweet that doesn’t have a ton of calories!

  1. Great! i will make this with the remaining strawberries that i have left so they dont waste. was going to take sb off the menu because it has a bit of a glucose charge but at least these fat bombs xan curtail the remaining that i have.

  2. Hello! Was wondering if I could use raspberries instead. On sale, I bought to large containers and froze them individually. I’m thinking it could work, yes?

    1. Of course it would work! I do nearly the same thing with raspberries but have never frozen it or added chocolate, that sounds really good!! Can make bigger batches and save longer by freezing. I think I would shave or fine shred a keto chocolate bar. Thank you for this idea! 🙂

  3. I have a bag of frozen sliced berries. Wondering whether I should defrost the completely before proceeding. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
