Kasey here, I’ve posted several times about the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge. My husband and started our first challenge in March. Since then, we have completely changed how we eat and he has lost 34lbs and 26 inches. Basically, the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge is a healthy eating lifestyle. It starts with a 10 day cleanse, then continues with the same basic eating plan but adds in incredible supplements during the second phase. Since we basically follow the 24-Day challenge as a lifestyle now, I wanted to start a cleanse before the holidays. You can read our story here.
So many people have asked what kinds of foods we eat, and if I would post a meal plan. So, during my 10 day cleanse I’m going to post my meal plan and AdvoCare recipes. If you missed day 1 click here.
I always start my day with Spark. It is full of vitamins and gives me incredible energy and mental focus.
Breakfast: I had an AdvoCare Meal replacement shake. Packed full of protien (24 grams) and only 220 calories it is a great start to my day and it keeps me full for a long time.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad To Go – We have homeschool group on Tuesdays so I am gone all day long. Preparing a salad in a mason jar ahead of time, is a fabulous time saver. Yesterday, I cooked extra chicken at lunch so I’d have chicken for my salad today. Simply put the dressing in the bottom of the jar, followed by veggies, lettuce, and chicken. Then, pour on a plate and you’ve got a perfect to go meal that is healthy is delicious.
Snack: AdvoCare Raw Snack Bar
