When starting the keto diet, it can be confusing if you don’t have the correct information. I found that it was important to keep it simple and not make it harder than necessary. I have created several helpful resources.

It took me about 6-8 weeks before I was fat-adapted, but your results may vary. The longer you follow the Keto lifestyle, the less you’ll crave carbs.
