    Do you have a cooking day once a week, monthly, or how often? I’m spending a lot of time in the kitchen making our wonderful meals and I love cooking, but I’d like to make better use of my time so that when I go back to work, I’ll be able to keep is supplied with all of the keto foods we are enjoying now.

    1. I am not really a regimented person who lives off of any kind of schedule. With 4 kids, homeschooling, and running a business I never know what my days are going to look like. I just cook extra at dinner and then make something that will last a few days one day at lunch. I’m sure you could find someone more organized to give you a better answer, but I just have to roll with life and cook when I can. Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. 🙂
