Preheat oven to 350°F, fry bacon, drain, crumble, and melt butter in skillet.

In a bowl, crack eggs eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and pepper are mixed and scrambled in a skillet, then rolled into low carb tortillas with eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.

Bake the burritos in a casserole dish for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 5-7 minutes or 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
