Ham & Egg Breakfast Cups Recipe {Perfect for Easter Ham leftovers!}

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl add heavy whipping cream and whip.
  • Add ham, cheese, salt, and pepper, stir until combined.
  • Pour into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Return to oven and bake until cooked through approx 12-14 minutes.
