The Very Best Keto Waffles {low carb}

Keto Waffles is something I never thought I would eat, but this recipe has made breakfast amazing again. You are going to fall in love with these delicious waffles and make batches for your family every week!

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend at high speed until the ingredients combine. Remove the lid and scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula, then blend on high again.
  • Preheat waffle maker. If needed, grease the waffle iron, then pour 1/3 cup batter onto the waffle grid. Using a spatula or the back of the measuring cup, spread the batter out. 
    (Note: I kept my waffles smaller and did not add enough batter to cover the entire grid. With a big family, I need more waffles, not necessarily bigger ones.)
    A good maple syrup for those following a Ketogenic or low carb lifestyle is Lakanto Maple Syrup

Notes

I tripled my original recipe so that I could make enough to last for several days. If you'd like to make a smaller portion, simply divide the ingredients in this recipe by 3.
