Christmas Tree Grahams

Author: Kasey Trenum

Ingredients

  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • graham cracker squares
  • M&M baking bits located in the baking section
  • Rolos cut in 1/2 (if you keep them in the fridge prior to making trees they hold their shape better while cutting in 1/2)
  • small sadnwich baggie
  • kitchen scissors
  • toothpicks

Instructions

  • Pour the green candy melts into a microwave safe dish. Heat in the microwave in 30-40 second increments, stirring until melted. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly before handling.
  • Scoop the melted green chocolate into the small sandwich baggie. Snip the end and make a small triangle outline on a graham cracker square (see photo).
  • Give each tree a base using 1/2 a Rolo - use the toothpick to spread a little bit of melted chocolate onto the flat side and place under the tree.
  • Fill in the tree with the green chocolate and use a toothpick to fill in the gaps (see photo).
  • Use the mini M&M baking bits to decorate the tree. (see photo)
  • Repeat with the desired amount of graham cracker squares.
