Egg Roll in a Bowl {keto friendly / low carb}

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small cabbage shredded
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/3 cup Bragg's Aminos
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic then drain.
  • Add rest of ingredients to the beef mixture.
  • Cover and bring to a boil then turn down to medium and simmer 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve!
