- 3 cups Baker’s Corner Sugar
- dash Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
- 7 tbsp Baker’s Corner Baking Cocoa
- large can Baker’s Corner Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Stonemill Essentials Pure Vanilla
- 4 Goldhen eggs
- 1/2 cup melted Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Baker’s Corner Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup chopped Southern Grove Pecan Halves
- 2 Belmont Deep Dish Pie Shells, 9 inch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa together.
Melt butter, then add to above ingredients.
Next, add milk, eggs, and vanilla and beat on low to medium speed until combined.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake for 45-55 min or until middle is set.
When the pies are no longer jiggly in the middle they are ready, since some ovens cook faster than others wait for pie to set.
