Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions, peppers, and garlic then drain.
Add spices, Rotel Tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Bragg's Aminos then bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.
Grease a casserole dish. I used a 2.5 qt oval baking dish (you can also use a 9 X 9 square cake pan). Pour ground beef mixture in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
