Easy Summer Salsa Recipe (Great for Cookouts!)
Cans Del Monte Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
Drain most of the juice (any diced/stewed tomatoes work in a pinch)
Juice of 1 Lime
Can of Diced Green Chiles
Heaping Handfuls of Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Spices: 1/2 TSP Cumin
1/2 TSP Chili Powder, 1 TSP Salt
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and pulse several times until it's a nice thick consistency.
Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
