  • dash Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
  • 7 tbsp Baker’s Corner Baking Cocoa
  • large can Baker’s Corner Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Stonemill Essentials Pure Vanilla
  • 4 Goldhen eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cups Baker’s Corner Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup chopped Southern Grove Pecan Halves
  • 2 Belmont Deep Dish Pie Shells, 9 inch

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa together.
  • Melt butter, then add to above ingredients.
  • Next, add milk, eggs, and vanilla and beat on low to medium speed until combined.
  • Stir in coconut and nuts.
  • Pour into pie shells.
  • Bake for 45-55 min or until middle is set.
  • When the pies are no longer jiggly in the middle they are ready, since some ovens cook faster than others wait for pie to set.
