Instructions

  • Turn on waffle or chaffle maker. I use the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. Grease lightly or use a cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Cover the dash mini waffle maker with 1/2 of the batter. Close the mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the chaffle from the waffle maker carefully as it is very hot.
  • Repeat the steps above.
  • Serve with sugar-free strawberry ice cream or sugar-free whipped topping.

Notes
