Brown the ground beef in a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Drain any excess liquids.
Next, add homemade taco seasoning or a taco seasoning packet and beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes with the lid off to infuse the seasoning with the ground beef.
Remove the lid and continue simmering until the taco meat reduces and becomes thick. You don’t want it liquidy. It should be nice and thick.
Layer the taco meat and a little cheese in each tortilla, then roll into a burrito shape, placing the seam side down.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the burritos and then bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese browns on top and the burritos start to crisp.
Garnish the top with chopped cilantro, lettuce, tomato, or other favorite toppings.
