Heat oil in skillet, sauté broccoli for 3 minutes, then simmer with water for 2 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

Heat 2 TB olive or avocado oil, add steak, sear on both sides until browned, flip easily, and cook for 3-5 minutes per side.

Combine stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl, excluding Xanthan Gum. Heat in skillet, simmer for 3 minutes, then add Xanthan Gum and warm water, stirring to thicken.

Combine mixture in skillet, simmer on low for 5 minutes, stir broccoli, and simmer 1-2 minutes. Serve over steamed cauliflower.
