Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips

Homemade Taco Meat

  • Combine ground beef, and veggies in pan and brown on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain, then return to pan.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cook on low heat uncovered for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Serve in lettuce wraps or on whole wheat tortillas chips.

Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Using a pizza cutter, divide the tortillas into triangles.
  • Spray tortilla triangles with cooking spray, turn over, and spray other side.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  • Bake until crispy, turning once the tops begins to crisp.
  • If desired sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
