Instructions

  • Get a bowl and put the Greek yogurt in it. Add the sugar-free honey and vanilla. Give it a good stir until everything is mixed together nicely.
  • Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. This will prevent the yogurt from sticking.
  • Now, spread the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Make sure it's nice and even.
  • It's time to add the fruity goodness! Make sure to pat your fruit dry first, then place strawberry slices and blueberries on top of the yogurt mixture. You can arrange them however you like.
  • Next, sprinkle some sunflower seeds and almonds over the fruit. This will give your yogurt bark a lovely crunch.
  • Put the baking sheet in the freezer and let it stay there until it becomes nice and solid. This usually takes a few hours.
  • Once the yogurt bark is frozen, take it out of the freezer. Now comes the fun part! Break the bark into pieces and enjoy.
