Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Place the frozen or thawed sausage patties on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap.
Place the baking sheet with the sausage patties in the oven and cook for 7-8 minutes. After 7-8 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and use tongs to flip each patty over. Return the baking sheet to the oven. Continue cooking the sausage patties for an additional 8-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and heated through. If cooking frozen sausage patties, place them on a lined baking sheet and cook at 400°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Again, it's best to use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of breakfast sausage reaches 160°F (71°C). The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C) when checked with a meat thermometer. Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the sausage patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
Note: Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the thickness of your premade patties and your oven's performance. Keep an eye on the patties during cooking and adjust the time as needed to ensure they are heated through and golden brown.
