In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the marinade. Add chicken breast to a large container or resealable bag, pour marinade over the chicken, and seal or cover.
Chill in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and let your chicken reach room temperature. (20-30 minutes)
Preheat your air fryer to 370° F for 5 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket and place chicken breasts inside, leaving room between the breasts, so they cook evenly.
Spray each chicken breast with olive oil.
Place back into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the basket, flip breasts over, spray with olive oil and cook for another 6-8 minutes; chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 160° F when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
Remove your chicken from the air fryer basket and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving!
Garnish chicken with fresh oregano, parsley, and/or basil.
