  • 7 slices of Cheddar Cheese cut into 9 small squares, baked

For the Cheese Crackers

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut each slice of cheddar into 9 small squares (you’ll have 63 total).
  • Bake 7–9 minutes, until the cheese squares are browned and crispy.

  • Let cool completely, then break apart any pieces that baked together.

For the Party Mix

  • Reduce oven temperature to 250°F and line a fresh baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pork rinds, pecans, and almonds evenly on the sheet.
  • In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire (or aminos), seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the pork rind/nut mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes for even crisping.
  • Remove from the oven and stir in the homemade cheese crackers.
  • Spread the mixture onto paper towels to cool and dry.
  • Store in an airtight container.
