Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated Swerve
  • dash pink salt
  • 4 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 6 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecan halves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix granulated sweetener, salt, and cocoa powder.
  • Melt butter and add to the dry ingredients.
  • Add heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  • Stir in coconut and pecans.
  • Pour batter into a 9×9 square pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set.

Notes
