    2. I and my grandson’s mom signed him up last year when he was born. We are both educators who have pushed the program to our parents for years. We finally have a child, sign him up and received 1 book since February of this year. We we’re also unable to contact anyone directly affiliated with the organization after several attempts. We finally gave up. Sorry you had this experience and hope you get it resolved. It’s a great organization. We are just casualties in the process. Sharon
