Tip: Begin this recipe by heating the cast iron skillet on medium-high heat then add the olive oil and allow it to get nice and hot before adding the pork chops. This is so good! A new family favorite. It’s great with pork chops or chicken breast. We serve it over mashed cauliflower. My husband says he could drink that sauce 🙂
Haha! So funny! I’m glad you all love it!
Really wonderful, thank you! Hubby said “you can make this every night and I wouldn’t complain.” I find cooking chops difficult, I always seem to dry them out. They come out wonderfully in the slow cooker.
Yay! That is definitely a win.
This was fantastic! While family approved!
Awesome! It’s always a winner when the family approves.

The recipe is pretty easy to follow, the directions were clear.
We had to buy a few items since we did not have them. The only change I would make, is to use more garlic.
This is definitely going to be made again and again.
Hey Lynn, glad y’all loved it! My husband loves garlic too. I have to watch how much he adds because I will smell it for days. I have a super sniffer!

Can I use full fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream?
I’ve only tested the recipe as is, so I can’t say from personal experience how it would taste.
What kind of Parmesan, shredded or grated? Also, can these be done in a slow cooker? If so, how?
I grated fresh parmesan from a block.
Loved this!! My family polished this up real quick. I will definitely make this again.
