What Is an Air Fryer?

If you’ve seen air fryers all over but aren’t sure how they work, it’s quite simple. An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that uses a fan to circulate hot air around the food, creating a layer of crispiness on the outside. Contrary to the name, an air fryer is a miniature convection oven that cooks food more quickly than large ovens.
