Step 1: Trim fresh green beans, then sprinkle with garlic powder and combine melted butter and Braggs Aminos.
How do you Trim Green Beans?
To trim fresh green beans line the green beans up, then chop the ends off. Green beans that are young and fresh usually are not stringy. However, you can remove the string if you prefer.
Step 2: Pour melted butter and Braggs Aminos over the green beans, making sure to coat evenly. By doing this, you will ensure flavor in every single bite.
Step 3: Place green beans in the air fryer basket, and make sure they are spread out so that they cook evenly.
Step 4: You’ll need to stop halfway through air frying to toss the green beans or shake them up, depending on your air fryer to ensure they cook evenly.
Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
*Tip: The green beans will still be a bit crunchy if you prefer them to be more tender cook for a few extra minutes.

Keto Air Fried Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh trimmed green beans
- 1 TB melted butter
- ¾ TB Braggs Aminos
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and Bragg's Aminos, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add green beans and stir to combine.
- Set air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Ait fry for 4 minutes toss, then air fry for 4 more minutes. The green beans will still be a bit crunchy. If you prefer them a more tender air fry for an additional 3 minutes.

Can the roasted green bean be prepared in the oven?
I’ve never tried making them in the oven so I’m not sure.
Can you use frozen whole green beans?
Sure. You may need to adjust the cooking time or thaw them first. I personally haven’t tested it with frozen to give you specifics.
