Keto Meal Plan: Week 82

It’s week 82 of our free Keto Meal Plans. As a mom of 4, I like to keep meals easy for my family without a lot of fluff. My recipes are family-friendly and don’t require a lot of weird ingredients. Southern born and raised, many say that my recipes remind them of low carb versions of their favorite comfort foods. I fast breakfast most days to keep it simple. Then, leftovers from dinner the night before making lunch easy breezy. If you’d like alternative meals check out my keto/low carb recipe index for a considerable list of recipes.

Low Carb Breakfast Ideas

Low Carb Breakfast Ideas: You can find lots of keto breakfast ideas here. I typically only drink bulletproof coffee for breakfast as it keeps me full for hours. To keep it simple at lunch, I prefer to eat leftovers, so I am not spending a ton of time in the kitchen during our homeschool day. I have a big family, so to make this happen, I often double or triple recipes when I prepare dinner.

How do I make my Bulletproof Coffee?

I usually always get a couple of questions and comments about how I drink my coffee on my keto meal plans for weight loss. In the mornings, it is just easier for me to not eat breakfast and drink bulletproof coffee instead, as it keeps me full for hours. I use Perfect Keto Unflavored MCT Powder, Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen, heavy whipping cream, and Pyure liquid sweetener. I use this immersion blender to combine everything, and it makes my coffee so yummy and frothy. If you’d like to try Perfect Keto, they gave us an exclusive coupon code. 1. This is the first time I have ever had this happen…….when I open my e-mail, there is always a pop up ad from you. I consider this an intrusion and do not like it. Could you please “un-do” this???

This pop up causes me to dislike you instead of wanting to do business with you.

If you would like me to look at your website with a view to doing business with you, please remove this!! Thanks!!! Sue Grommes

    1. Sue, all of the information and recipes on my website are completely free. I spend hours and hours creating recipes. My site costs thousands of dollars a month to keep up. The only way I can do that is with ads on my site. As far as a pop-up ad in your email, my newsletter doesn’t have any ads on it. My website does and that is the only way I can continue to work and give away my recipes. That is why cookbooks cost money because there are no ads. Just like anyone else who goes to their job to help support their family, I do the same and I have never once charged anyone for access to my site. Like I mentioned, without those ads, my family would be in the hole thousands of dollars a month. Of course, it is up to you if you want to look at my website but the ads are necessary to keep the site up.

  2. Do you have a cookbook available for purchase? My wife LOVES your recipes and I was wanting to buy your cookbook if available for her for Christmas. Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas.

    1. How wonderful that you would want to give your wife my cookbook of recipes for Christmas. I’m sorry that at this time I don’t have a cookbook. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
