Keto Meal Plan Week 13

We’ve been out of town all weekend in Georgia at my mom’s house and are on our way home now. I made my menu plan early this morning and ordered my groceries online. We will swing by and pick them up later today, which is so nice. I don’t grocery shop online every week, but it is such a time saver when I do. Now, my meals are planned for the week, and grocery shopping is done. 

As I have said before, I take a somewhat lazy approach to meal planning. I don’t prep a lot of food in advance simply because I don’t have the time. Instead, I have found that making extra at meals to cover lunch the next day is the most helpful step I can take. I also like to buy ground beef in bulk when I can and brown it in advance and freeze it in ziplock bags. It makes cooking dinner later so much faster. As always, this is a very loose plan. If I get a better offer for dinner out, I won’t hesitate to alter our meal plan for

Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof coffee

Lunch – Black Forest Ham, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, and pecans

Dinner – Chicken & Asparagus One Skillet Meal

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee

Lunch – leftover Chicken & Asparagus

Dinner – Queso Soup 

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee

Lunch –  leftover Queso Soup 

Dinner – We grab dinner out on Wednesday nights so we can make it to church on time.

Thursday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee

Lunch – Homemade Garden Salad with Black Forest Ham, cheese, cucumbers, and crushed Whisps on top.

Dinner – Monterrey Chicken with Broccoli

Friday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee

Lunch – leftover Monterrey Chicken 

Dinner – Dinner out

Saturday

Breakfast – Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Lunch – Empty the fridge day of all the leftovers

Dinner – Bunless Burgers with Grilled Zucchini

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds
