Lazy Keto Meals: Meal Plan Week 46
I have a business trip this week, so it looks like I will be eating out a lot. Thankfully, there are so many low-carb options that it won’t be hard to stay on track. However, I know many of you count on this weekly meal plan for inspiration, so I wanted to make sure I got this list of lazy keto diet recipes posted before I left. If you’d like alternative meal ideas, check out my keto/low carb recipe index for a considerable list of recipes.
Lazy keto meals are great because they require minimal effort, but with a good recipe, they still taste delicious. Although I am going on a business trip, we usually cook at home for most nights of the week. And after a long day of work, the last thing you want to do is spend hours preparing a fancy meal — only to do it all over the next night. Luckily, there are plenty of lazy keto meals, snacks, and sides that you can prepare in a snap without adding extra stress to your days!
Low Carb Breakfast Ideas
Since I didn’t include breakfast ideas in this list of lazy keto meals, you can find lots of keto breakfast ideas here. Typically, I only drink bulletproof coffee for breakfast, as it keeps me full for hours. If you’re curious, I recently posted how I make my bulletproof coffee since I had so many of you ask. To keep it simple, I prefer to eat leftovers at lunch, so I am not spending a ton of time in the kitchen during our homeschool day. Plus, I have a big family, so I often double or triple recipes when I prepare dinner to make this happen.
