How do I make my Bulletproof Coffee?

I usually always get a couple of questions and comments about how I drink my coffee on my keto meal plans for weight loss. In the mornings, it is just easier for me to not eat breakfast and drink bulletproof coffee instead as it keeps me full for hours. I use Perfect Keto Unflavored MCT Powder, Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen, heavy whipping cream, and Pyure liquid sweetener. I use this immersion blender to combine everything, and it makes my coffee so yummy and frothy. If you’d like to try Perfect Keto, they gave us an exclusive coupon code. 1. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I (re)started a low carb eating plan last week and was at a loss for what to plan for meals. I found you a couple of days in and was able to quickly cancel a subscription to another meal plan I was not crazy about. My meal plans are looking so yummy and I can’t wait to try all the great-looking recipes.

  2. I need help. I’ve been doing the lifestyle 3 weeks and no weight loss. Maybe a pound. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Keeping carbs under 20. I do eat a lot of cheese and have 3 diet cokes a day. Is the diet soda my downfall? I just don’t understand. I have 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast and sometimes a couple pieces of bacon. I typically have an unsweetened pickle or cheese crisps in the overnight for a snack. Tuna or a hotdog for lunch with a deviled egg and some protein for dinner and vegetables. I use olive oil and real butter. I’ll have a sugar free pudding or poosicle at night. Drink a lot water but have about 2 diet cokes. I’m just confused.

    1. I’m not sure. Perhaps you should try tracking to make sure you aren’t eating too many calories. Also, too much cheese and sweeteners in diet coke does tend to stall some people.
