Quick Keto Cooking Techniques

When making quick and easy keto meals for dinner, having the right cooking techniques can make all the difference. Here are some great techniques to help you whip up delicious keto meals quickly.

Instant Pot Meals

The Instant Pot is a lifesaver when cooking quick and easy keto dinners. With this handy kitchen gadget, you can make everything from soups and stews to roasts and casseroles in a fraction of the time it would take on the stove or in the oven. Additionally, it’s perfect for meal prep, as you can cook large batches of food and store them in the fridge or freezer for later.

Our favorite Instant Pot keto recipes include keto chili, Chicken Taco Soup, and Jalapeño Popper Soup. Just follow the instructions carefully and use the appropriate cooking times and settings for each recipe.

One-Skillet Wonders

Another great way to make quick and easy keto dinners is using one-skillet recipes. These dishes are perfect for busy weeknights when you don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen. Plus, they’re easy to clean up since you only have one pan to wash.

We love one-skillet keto recipes! Some of our favorites include Keto Cheesy Mexican Chicken, Low-Carb Chicken Pot Pie, and Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry. Just be sure to use a non-stick skillet and watch the heat to avoid burning your food.

Air Fryer Favorites

An air fryer is a great way to make crispy, delicious keto dinners without all the oil and mess. This handy kitchen gadget uses hot air to cook food, giving it a crispy exterior without all the added fat.

Some of our favorite air fryer keto recipes include marinated chicken breast, smoked sausage, roasted green beans, and air-fried mushrooms. Just follow the instructions carefully and adjust the cooking time and temperature as needed for each recipe.

Using these quick keto cooking techniques, you can make delicious and healthy meals in no time. Whether you’re using an Instant Pot, a one-skillet recipe, or an air fryer, these methods will help you save time and get dinner on the table in under 20 minutes.;

    1. Jayne, I have checked both of my newsletter lists and your email address isn’t on either one of them. I don’t know what email you are receiving since you aren’t on any of my lists, but if someone else is sending you emails from a different blog there should be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email that you can click.

  2. Hi Kasey! Have you ever considered putting together a recipe book for people like me who prefer to have a physical copy to hold and turn pages rather than an online copy? I think it would be a real hit. I’d be your first customer!

    1. Shelly, thanks so much for your kind words. In this season on life, I’m not sure it is something I could tackle. Perhaps in the future. 🙂

    2. Totally understandable! Something to really think about, but in the meantime, I’ll continue following your wonderful recipes and Keto on!

    1. Yes, you can but will need to use 4x as much almond flour. I always use coconut flour because my oldest daughter has a severe nut allergy.

  3. Hello Kasey, my wife and I are both retired and grew up eating anything we liked, steak, fried foods of all kinds, pasta, potatoes (baked, fried, mashed, scalloped etc.), pizza, pancakes, etc. We are now 3 weeks into trying Keto. Since retirement I do most of the cooking and that consisted mostly of comfort foods. I stumbled across one of your recipes, Spaghetti squash lasagna. I have never eaten spaghetti squash in my life, let alone cook it. But I have always been a gambler, so I gave it a try and voila, we loved it. I have since made the blueberry chaffles, the cheese garlic chaffles, the low carb keto bread and we have been pleasantly surprised with each and everyone. I will be trying many more. Thank you so much for the recipes.

  4. I thought I saw a recipe for Pork Chops done in the crockpot, but I can’t find it anywhere. Is there such a recipe? Would really appreciate getting it if it exists.

    1. Hi! I included information in the blog post about preparing the pork chops in a crock pot and then making the sauce in a skillet when they are done. For your convenience, I’ve included the direct link below. Make sure to look for the heading titled “Can You Make Keto Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker?” You’ll find the details there. Hope this helps. https://kaseytrenum.com/creamy-parmesan-garlic-pork-chops/
