I can’t believe that this is my 40th Ketogenic Diet Meal Plan. After polling my Facebook Page Easy Keto Low Carb Recipes by asking if these meal plans are helpful I was surprised at the overwhelming response to please keep posting meal plans. Although a meal plan isn’t necessary for results, I do enjoy posting them each week as a resource and am so thankful that it is helpful.
Many people ask why I post a keto meal plan and recipes each week. Simply put, it helps me to stay on track and to keep my grocery budget from getting out of control. My goal each week is to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each week prepping tons of foods in advance as I don’t have the time. However, these 5 easy keto low carb meal prep ideas can simplify your life. Monday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee 0r Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Lunch – Keto Ground Beef Stir Fry
Dinner – BBQ Meatloaf, Southern Green Beans, & Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Lunch – leftover BBQ Meatloaf, Southern Green Beans, & Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Dinner – Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken & Bacon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Lunch – Keto Ground Beef Stir Fry
Dinner – We usually go out to dinner on Wednesday nights so that we can get to church on time.
Thursday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or bacon & eggs
Lunch – leftover Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken & Bacon with roasted Brussels Sprouts
Dinner – Easy Keto Zucchini Lasagna and a Garden Salad
Friday
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or bacon & eggs
Lunch – leftover Easy Keto Zucchini Lasagna
Dinner – Low Carb Chicken Casserole and a garden salad
Saturday
Breakfast – Keto Blueberry French Toast Casserole
Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week
Dinner – Ribeye Steaks & Loaded Broccoli
Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds
Sweet Treat – Peanut Butter Fluff

My husband and I have four daughters, ages 18-31, and although we all need to loose weight three of us have decided to learn the keto lifestyle.
