Many people ask why I post a keto meal plan and recipes each week. Simply put, it helps me to stay on track and to keep my grocery budget from getting out of control. My goal each week is to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each week prepping tons of food in advance as I just don’t have the time. However, these 5 easy keto low carb meal prep ideas can simplify your life. Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Bacon & Eggs

Lunch – Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops, Roasted Broccoli, & Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Lemon Bread

Lunch – leftover Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops and Roasted Broccoli

Dinner – Keto Chicken Pot Pie with a garden salad

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Lemon Bread

Lunch –  leftover  Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – We usually go to dinner on Wednesday nights to get to church on time.

Thursday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Sausage Omelet

Lunch – leftover Keto Chicken Pot Pie with a garden salad

Dinner – Chicken Fajita Soup

Friday

Breakfast –  Bulletproof Coffee or Lemon Bread

Lunch – leftover Chicken Fajita Soup

Dinner – 90 Second Personal Pan Pizza 

Saturday

Breakfast – Sausage Ball Puffs & Eggs 

Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week

Dinner – Grilled Ribeye Steads & Brussels Sprouts

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds
