Last week my oldest daughter had basketball games four evenings out of 7, so I am looking forward to a much more laid back week. With several games out of town and homecoming, I didn’t have much time to cook, which was a nice break, but I’m ready to jump back in my kitchen. I’ve got some new recipe ideas up my sleeve I’ll be testing as well. Hopefully, this Keto Meal Plan Sample will inspire you as you plan your week.

My goal each week is to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each week prepping tons of foods in advance as I don’t have the time. Monday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Bacon & Eggs
Lunch – Keto Broccoli & Cheese Soup
Dinner – Keto Fried Chicken Tenders, Southern Green Beans, & Cauliflower Mac N Cheese
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Mixed Berry Muffins & Bacon
Lunch – leftover Keto Fried Chicken Tenders, Southern Green Beans, & Cauliflower Mac N Cheese
Dinner – Egg Roll in a Bowl
Wednesday:

Dinner – We usually go out to dinner on Wednesday nights so that we can get to church on time.
Thursday:

Lunch – leftover Egg Roll in a Bowl
Dinner – Chicken Lombardy, roasted asparagus & a Garden Salad
Friday
Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Breakfast Bake with ham, eggs, and cheese
Lunch – leftover Chicken Lombardy, roasted asparagus & a Garden Salad
Dinner – We have dinner plans with friends.
Saturday
Breakfast – Keto Waffles with bacon
Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week
Dinner – Keto Chili (stovetop recipe or Instant Pot Recipe)
Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds
