Keto Meal Plan Ideas 

After a great week celebrating Thanksgiving with family, I am happy to be back to our routine typing up Keto Meal Plan Ideas today. As much as I did enjoy going off plan for the holiday, it does leave me feeling rather yucky afterward. Even though I am not a disciplined person by nature, I enjoy our normal routine as traveling is tough on our little ones. So, even if Keto Meal Plan ideas aren’t helpful to anyone else, they make cooking during the week more manageable for this busy momma.

I try to take a simple approach and make meals plans that don’t require a ton of ingredients and are easy to prepare each week in my low carb meal plans for weight loss. Also, I further simplify by doubling and tripling recipes at dinner so that we will have leftovers to cover our lunches during the week. Since I don’t have a bulk of extra time in my week, I don’t prep a lot of food in advance; however, there are a couple of things that I do that save time like browning ground beef in advance and freezing it to use later. Many of you have asked me to add breakfast ideas besides bulletproof coffee in my weekly keto meal plans for weight loss. I usually just drink bulletproof coffee in the mornings during the week as it helps me to keep my protein lower and my fat high. Plus, after my kids eat breakfast, it is just easier to drink coffee so we can jump right into our homeschool day. However, if you don’t like bulletproof coffee or prefer to eat breakfast, I have included an alternate breakfast idea each morning besides bulletproof coffee.

How do I make my Bulletproof Coffee?

I usually always get a couple of questions and comments about how I drink my coffee on my keto meal plans for weight loss. In the mornings, it is just easier for me to not eat breakfast and drink bulletproof coffee instead as it keeps me full for hours. Many of you asked for a breakfast option during the week in my keto meal plans for weight loss besides bulletproof coffee, so I have added breakfast ideas as well.

Low Carb Meal Plan Ideas

Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Breakfast Bake with Ham, Eggs, and Cheese (if you have any leftover ham this is a great way to use it)

Lunch – Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup & a garden salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Lemon Bread & Bacon

Lunch – leftover Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup

Dinner – Taco Cups and roasted broccoli

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Keto Breakfast Bake with Ham, Eggs, and Cheese

Lunch –   leftover Taco Cups and roasted broccoli

Dinner – We got out to eat on Wednesday night so that we can get to church on time.

Thursday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Lemon Bread & Bacon

Lunch – leftover Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – Chicken in Mushroom Gravy & Southern Green Beans

Friday

Breakfast –  Bulletproof Coffee or breakfast sausage and eggs

Lunch – leftover  Chicken in Mushroom Gravy & Southern Green Beans

Dinner – Creamy Parmesan Garlic Pork Chops & Roasted Asparagus

Saturday

Breakfast – Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Low Carb Keto Biscuits

Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week

Dinner – Steak, Grilled Zucchini, & a garden salad

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds

Sweet Treat – Blonde Low Carb Brownies

  2. Hello I’m pesco-vegetarian, how can start a keto meal without meat , such as chicken pork or beef, by the way thks for the recipes?

    1. I am not sure as I don’t have any experience with that way of life. You would probably need to research to find more info.
