Keto Meal Prep Can Save Time
While I don’t do a lot of meal prep in advance, there are a few things I do that take very little time on the front end but are super helpful when it’s mealtime. First, I usually keep ground beef browned in zip lock baggies in the freezer. Instead of browning one pound at a time for a specific keto recipe, I brown several pounds at once, which is a huge time saver.
