Keto Meal Plan 19
Ketogenic Meal Plan
It is Sunday, which means it is time for this week’s Ketogenic Meal Plan. After going out of town last week, we are settled at home and ready to start our tenth year of homeschooling. With a new school schedule, it will probably take a couple of weeks for me to get into a good routine of trying to balance it all as best that I can.
At our house, it’s important for me to keep our Ketogenic Meals Plans simple. Otherwise, I’ll get overwhelmed and be tempted to go out to eat every night, which wouldn’t be so bad except our 20-month-old is in that phase where she hates to sit in a high chair at a restaurant. So, it is just easier to eat at home. After I plan our meals for the week, I make a grocery list and either head out to the store or grocery shop online so that I’ll have everything I need to feed my family.
As I have said before, I take a somewhat lazy approach to meal planning. I don’t prep a lot of food in advance just because I don’t have the time. Instead, I have found that making extra at meals to cover lunch the next day is the most helpful step I can take. I also like to buy ground beef in bulk when I can and brown it in advance and freeze it in ziplock bags. It makes cooking dinner later so much faster. If you are new to meal planning, these 5 easy steps meal prep ideas will be helpful to get started. As always, this is a very loose plan. If I get a better offer for dinner out, I won’t hesitate to alter our meal plan for dinner out.
