Quick Keto Meal Plan 

I am trying so hard to slow down and savor the Christmas Season. I want to be intentional to make memories with our children and to keep Christ at the center of all of our celebrations, but goodness gracious I am struggling with learning HOW to slow down. With many demands on my time, I want to let go of the things that are not urgent. As I look at the week ahead, we have many commitments and sometimes several each day along with a birthday for our youngest. Needless to say, this week’s quick keto meal plan is going to be very helpful.

I try to take a simple approach and make meals plans that don’t require a ton of ingredients and are easy to prepare each week in my low carb meal plans for weight loss. Also, I further simplify by doubling and tripling recipes at dinner so that we will have leftovers to cover our lunches during the week. Since I don’t have a bulk of extra time in my week, I don’t prep a lot of food in advance; however, there are a couple of things that I do that save time like browning ground beef in advance and freezing it to use later. Quick Low Carb Meal Plan

Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Breakfast Casserole with Sausage 

Lunch – Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Dinner – Pizza Casserole and a garden salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Bacon & Eggs

Lunch – leftover Pizza Casserole with roasted asparagus

Dinner – Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken with Bacon & Cheese and Southern Green Beans

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Keto Breakfast Casserole with Sausage 

Lunch –  leftover Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Dinner – We got out to eat on Wednesday night so that we can get to church on time.

Thursday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Cheesy Bacon Bites 

Lunch – leftover Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken with Bacon & Cheese and Southern Green Beans

Dinner – Queso Soup and a Garden Salad

Friday

Breakfast –  Bulletproof Coffee or Cheesy Bacon Bites 

Lunch – leftover Queso Soup and a Garden Salad

Dinner – Baked Chicken Fajitas with Homemade Queso

Saturday

Breakfast – Keto French Toast (individual recipe or family recipe) and bacon

Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week

Dinner – Out to Eat

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds
