The Keto Diet Meal Plan: Week 41

Although I missed posting a new meal plan last week, I’m back in the saddle and excited to share with you. The Keto Diet Meal Plan works with busy schedules and it is kid friendly. Don’t feel like it is necessary to lose weight. I just post to help those out who are looking for a little inspiration. Feel free to pick and choose or ignore it all. It’s your journey so do what works for you.

Many people ask why I post a keto meal plan and recipes each week. Simply put, it helps me to stay on track and to keep my grocery budget from getting out of control. My goal each week is to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each week prepping tons of foods in advance as I don’t have the time. However, these 5 easy keto low carb meal prep ideas can simplify your life. Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee 0r Sausage & Egg Casserole Omelet 

Lunch – Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup & a Garden Salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Sausage & Egg Casserole Omelet 

Lunch – leftover Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup

Dinner – Taco Cups with Roasted Asparagus

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Sausage & Egg Casserole Omelet 

Lunch –  leftover Hot Ham & Cheese Unwich Casserole 

Dinner – We usually go out to dinner on Wednesday nights so that we can get to church on time.

Thursday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or bacon & eggs

Lunch – leftover Taco Cups with Roasted Asparagus

Dinner – Valentine’s Day Dinner Out or Easy Keto Lasagna, Cheesy Breadsticks, & a Salad

Friday

Breakfast –  Bulletproof Coffee or bacon & eggs

Lunch – leftover Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup or Easy Keto Lasagna

Dinner – Keto Mexican Stuffed Peppers & Roasted Broccoli

Saturday

Breakfast – Sausage Ball Puffs  

Lunch – clean out the fridge of all the leftovers from the week

Dinner – Bunless Burgers & Fried Cabbage (I’ll leave out most of the bacon since there is already enough in the burgers)

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds

Sweet Treat – Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins or No Bake Keto Peanut Butter Bars  (perfect Valentine’s Day Dessert)

    I am new at this whole keto thing and my co worker swears by your meal plans. I just had a few questions. When calculating fats consumed to you total all fats unsaturated saturated and saturated etc to subtract from daily allowance? When you make your bullet proof coffee do you just add it to regular brewed coffee and how often can you drink it? Is there a specific brand of butter you use?
    I’m very excited about this new journey minus being in keto flu at the moment!

      I don’t personally track macros. I only counted net carbs in my head but most would count total carbs. I use regular brewed coffee and drink it once a day. I do not use a specific brand of butter all the time although Kerrygold is what many suggest since it is grassfed. Here is a post where I share how I make my Bulletproof Coffee.
