Keto Diet Meal Plan : Week 36
After the holidays it is time to get back on track. This Keto Diet Meal Plan is so helpful since it includes simple keto meal ideas that the entire family enjoys.
Keto Diet Meal Plan
I love the beginning of a new year, Mondays, and a fresh new journal. As we turn the page to a new year this week, we all have an opportunity to make positive changes in our health. Whether or not you stayed on track throughout the holidays or jumped head first into your favorite Christmas fudge, this week starts a new season.
Many people ask why I create a Keto Diet Meal Plan each week. Simply put, it helps me to stay on track and to keep my grocery budget from getting out of control. Also, I try to work smarter and not harder in the kitchen meaning I often double recipes for leftovers so that I don’t have to prepare additional meals at lunch each day. My goal each week is to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each week prepping tons of foods in advance as I just don’t have the time. However, these 5 easy keto low carb meal prep ideas can simplify your life. I hope that you find this Keto Diet Meal Plan helpful and that it inspires you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle change.

How do I make my Bulletproof Coffee?
I usually always get a couple of questions and comments about how I drink my coffee on my keto meal plans for weight loss. In the mornings, it is just easier for me to not eat breakfast and drink bulletproof coffee instead as it keeps me full for hours. I use Perfect Keto Unflavored MCT Powder, Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen, heavy whipping cream, and Pyure liquid sweetener. I use this immersion blender to combine everything, and it makes my coffee so yummy and frothy. If you’d like to try Perfect Keto, they gave us an exclusive coupon code. I’ve included the details below.
Here is how to get a 20% exclusive discount from Perfect Keto.
