Keto Daily Meal Plan

It’s that time for a new Keto Daily Meal Plan. I’ll be honest since we’ve started back school and fall ball I’ve not done a great job of sticking to my meal plan on game nights. We’ve picked up pizza several times but I’ve just eaten the toppings or we’ve grabbed salads. It might not be the best choice for someone eating a strict Keto diet, but I’m still losing weight so I’m happy. One thing I have learned over the past 16 months is sometimes I do choose convenience foods over going off the rails completely. I also think it is important to set myself up for success, which means having a backup plan. So, I always know if my day goes sideways or I’m not able to cook on a game night I do have other options for dinner. Our youngest is at the age where she hates sitting in a high chair at restaurants so we prefer just to pick something up and bring it home to make it easier on us after she has been at the ballfield for at least two and a half hours and it is bedtime. I’m sure you understand what it is like to juggle a busy life.

Keto Daily Meal Plan

As I have said before, I take a somewhat lazy approach to meal planning. I don’t prep a lot of food in advance just because I don’t have the time. Instead, I have found that making extra at meals to cover lunch the next day is the most helpful step I can take. I also like to buy ground beef in bulk when I can and brown it in advance and freeze it in ziplock bags. It makes cooking dinner later so much faster. If you are new to meal planning, these 5 easy steps meal prep ideas will be helpful to get started. As always, this is a very loose beginner keto meal plan. If I get a better offer for dinner out, I won’t hesitate to alter our simple keto meal plan for dinner out.
