Keto Diet Meal Plan: Week 25
The Keto Diet Meal Plan is a simple weekly resource to help make meal planning easier for those following a Ketogenic or Low Carb lifestyle.
Keto Diet Meal Plan / Meal Plan 25
We did it! After an exhausting week of cleaning more cleaning and more cleaning, we put a for sale sign in our yard yesterday. Our house is officially for sale! I can’t believe it is finally on the market as we planned to move ten years ago, but life happened it just wasn’t in the cards for a long time. That being said, who knows what this week is going to look like because I am hoping we will be busy showing our house. I may have to improvise on our Keto Diet Meal Plan this week. Thankfully, I am flexible and understand this is only temporary.
As I have said before, I take a somewhat lazy approach to meal planning. I don’t prep a lot of food in advance just because I don’t have the time. Instead, I have found that making extra at meals to cover lunch the next day is the most helpful step I can take. I also like to buy ground beef in bulk when I can and brown it in advance and freeze it in ziplock bags. It makes cooking dinner later so much faster. If you are new to meal planning, these 5 easy steps meal prep ideas will be helpful to get started. As always, this is a very loose beginner keto meal plan. If I get a better offer for dinner out, I won’t hesitate to alter our simple keto meal plan for dinner out.
How do I make my Bulletproof Coffee?
I usually always get a couple of questions and comments about how I drink my coffee. Since I have been following Keto for over 16 months, my body is fat adapted. In the mornings, it is just easier for me to not eat breakfast and drink bulletproof coffee instead. It keeps me full for hours and I don’t have to worry about making myself breakfast. I personally use Perfect Keto Unflavored MCT Powder, Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen, heavy whipping cream, and Pyure liquid sweetener. I use this immersion blender to combine everything and it makes my coffee so yummy and frothy. If you’d like to try Perfect Keto, they gave us an exclusive coupon code. I’ve included the details below.

Hi Kacey! I always see your recipes, have tried some and love them but I’ve never really looked at your weekly menus…until now. I’ve been keto for about 6 months…off and on but mostly on…95% on. In your opinion, should I start with week one or does it really matter where I begin? Second, do you have an ingredients list for your weekly/daily recipes? I’m sorry if you do and I couldn’t find it. Thank you in advance!
Hi! You could start on whatever week you want. I’ve just been posting them for 25 weeks but there isn’t anything significant about week 1 compared to week 25. At this time I don’t have an ingredients list. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
Approximately how much do you budget for each week for your family of 6?
I don’t budget. I just buy what we need. I’ve been in seasons where our grocery budget was very very tight. In fact, I used to teach couponing workshops all over the southeast and even wrote a book on how to save money at the grocery store. That being said, we usually spend about $150-$200 a week but I am also buying ingredients to test recipes in addition to the food that we eat.
Are there shopping lists for each week’s menu?
Not at this time.
What sweeteners do you recommend?
I prefer Monkfruit and Swerve
